Description of Position: Support for the organization to the event “France-Atlanta”
Created in 2010 by the French Consulate General and the Georgia Institute of
Technology, “France-Atlanta” is a series of events centered on innovation and designed
to foster cooperation between France and the U.S. Southeast in the scientific, business,
cultural, and humanitarian domains. The high-end programs, events, and workshops that
have been scheduled each year has significantly increased the visibility of French-
American relations in the U.S. Southeast.
The internship will assist the Attaché for Sciences to the organization of 3 Scientific
events (2 at Georgia Tech, 1 at Emory University). His support will be mostly focused on
communication media, registration, logistic, participation to the events (October 26 th and
27 th), and reporting of the events.

Eligibility: Organized, Sense of Human contact, knowledge in communication media,
interest for science and interest for France, knowledge in French language would be
appreciated
Compensation: voluntary. Note, should you accept the offer, you are responsible for providing evidence of personal liability insurance coverage as a condition of employment.
Part-time/Full-time: Depending the availability of the student.
