If you experience trouble connecting to others due to social anxiety, or you have difficultry making presentations in front of others, the Building Social Confidence group may be able to help you learn about the cause of social anxiety, as well as how to combat those anxious feelings. The group meets on Tuesdays, 1:00 – 2:30 PM!
