Admin Professional/International Education, Georgia Tech – Atlanta, GA

This position is a one year, benefits-eligible contract position, intended to provide a recent graduate or person new to the field of international education with experience in international student and scholar services, education abroad, internships abroad and curriculum integration. This position reports to the International Education Manager.

The International Education Intern will receive professional development coaching from multiple staff in OIE, access to systems and software used in the field, and online training (if available) through NAFSA or other organizations.

The International Education Intern is the first and occasionally last person to be in contact with students and others served by OIE; therefore his/her role is critical to OIE’s relationships. The Intern is responsible for manning the front desk and ensuring that all students, parents, staff and faculty that visit and/or do business with OIE are served in a timely, professional manner.
