Nekabari (Neka) serves as a Manager of Regulatory Affairs and Market Development for Oracle Utilities, supporting regulatory processes and policy making initiatives to drive advancement of electric and gas utility investment in Software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology applications. Prior to joining the regulatory affairs team at Oracle, Neka spent last six years working in the power and utilities industry, focusing his work in demand side energy management, energy and capacity market analysis and design, sustainability road-mapping, and smart grid technology strategy at both NRG Energy and Deloitte Consulting. A native of Atlanta GA, Neka earned Bachelor’s of Arts degrees in both Economics and International Affairs from The University of Georgia, as well as a Master of Science in International Affairs from The Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at Georgia Tech.
