Huddle Inc.’s “Huddle Farm” is a formal internship program where students and post-graduates will take on meaningful company objectives to grow their resume and audition for a full-time position. We take our internship program very seriously and want to identify interns that aren’t looking to check a box, but be an innovative and productive member of our team. Will you stuff boxes? Probably, but so will our CEO. As a small business, Huddle continues to grow and prefers to grow internally. Prove to be a valuable asset to our team and family and you will have a shot to contribute to that growth. Our internships are paid positions and also offer school credit, where applicable.

Interns at Huddle have the opportunity to build their resumes and grow their sales skillsets through our inside sales training program. Our sales interns will be trained to make inside sales calls, research growing industries, ideate and brainstorm new ideas, etc. We try to craft each internship to our candidates’ skills and desires with the goal to grow their professional experience and thus, build their resume.

Outside of the day-to-day job duties, our interns receive resume training, interview prep, and help locating a job upon completion of the internship.
