Apply for the Carter Center Graduate Assistantship Program

cartercenterEducational Programs at The Carter Center are currently offering graduate and/or doctoral students  graduate assistantships available in the field of international relations, focusing on peace and development work, as well as health programs.

These funded assistantships are available to current graduate students, who are able to commit 9-12 months at 20-hours of work per week. The applicants should be enrolled as a student throughout the duration of the assistantship.

Program areas include:

  • Americas Program
  • China Program
  • Conflict Resolution Program
  • Democracy Program
  • Global Access to Information Program
  • Human Rights Program: Mobilizing Action for Women and Girls
  • Trachoma Program
  • Mental Health Program: Liberia/ Sierra Leone Initiative.
