Careers in Government and Public Service | March 17

Understanding policy, international affairs, cross-cultural communications, and economics can help governments identify unmet market needs and capitalize on opportunities. Understanding how economic, environmental, technological, and social issues work together and play against each other is critical for understanding and explaining emerging threats. Working in government and public service entails protecting the nation and serving the people, at the local or state level, as well as the national level.

Join us to learn about careers in government and public service. We have invited two Nunn School alumni to speak with students about their career paths and offer insight and advice for students interested in public service.

  • Chris Hernandez is currently the International Program Manager for DoD, Defense Security Cooperation Agency
