Cox Communications LEAD Program for Nunn School Students

What is the LEAD Program at Cox Communications?

The LEAD program is a project management development program at Cox Communications, the third largest Internet Service Provider in the United States. The LEAD Program focuses on developing the next generation of talent at Cox using the program management discipline. Throughout the program, each participant receives three-months of dedicated, on-the-job training and are then placed in rotations to show participants different aspects of the business and different types of projects.

Why am I reaching out to you?

As I was looking for jobs, the LEAD Program stood out to me at the Georgia Tech career fair as one of the richest opportunities for recent graduates starting a career path in the corporate world. As we start recruiting our next class, I am hoping that you can share some information about Cox and the LEAD program with some of the INTA students. If you know any graduating students that have expressed an interest in project management, consulting or leadership development programs, could you please share the job posting and dates with them? Additionally, if you, or they, would like to learn more about the LEAD program, please reach out to me or visit our website at www.coxlead.com! I’ve listed a few key dates to remember below:

Cox at the All-Majors Career Fair – September 11th
Information Session – September 13th at 5:00pm @ the Bill Moore Student Success Center
Application Closes – September 15th
