It’s that time of year! As you begin classes for the fall semester, you might also be thinking about your upcoming job search. Many of our practitioners were in the same position that you are in now only a few years ago, and we are excited to see you on campus this fall to share why we chose Deloitte Consulting as a place to launch our careers. Human Capital Analyst Overview
Our Human Capital professionals focus on helping clients in their efforts to integrate people performance with business strategy. Our Analysts assist clients in all aspects of benefiting, compensating, developing, motivating, and retaining people. What does this look like? Often times it comes in the form of consulting organizations on ways to effectively deliver and operate their HR function and deal with HR and people issues within their business operations. The Human Capital Analyst position provides a genuine opportunity to work on real challenges and to help clients more effectively deal with their human capital and people issues within the context of business operations and organizational performance.
New Analysts within Human Capital will have the opportunity to work with some of Deloitte Consulting’s most highly regarded practitioners and some of the world’s most influential companies. In addition to our commercial practice, Deloitte also offers an opportunity for students to apply to our federal practice where they will work alongside government departments and agencies to help them achieve their mission based work. More specifically, you will have the opportunity to provide consulting services within the following areas: HR Transformation (HRT) and Organization, Transformation, & Talent (OT&T).
Regardless of if you apply for Commercial or Federal, Deloitte will be hiring two different types of Human Capital Analysts. We encourage you to read more about these positions and determine which analyst role fits your career goals and personal strengths.
- Human Capital Technology : Candidates who are a good fit for the Human Capital Technology profile love challenge of solving complex system problems and want to develop technical and / or functional expertise in understanding how the Human Resource function & Sales force can impact the broader business strategy
- Human Capital Strategy: Candidates who are a good fit for the Human Capital Strategy profile exhibit a curiosity for how people impact organizations more broadly and how alignment of the Talent and Business Strategy can build an organization’s competitive advantage and drive business growth
