The newly launched WBG Analyst Program is an early starting point for an exciting career in the World Bank Group (WBG).

On February 24th, WBG representatives from Human Resources as well as other junior staff currently working at the WBG will take your questions in this newly launched Program. Come and join the WBG in this live chat and learn more about this exciting new employment opportunity.

The new WBG Analyst Program is a recruitment program focused on younger early career professionals.  Specifically,it will target candidates 28 years old and under, with a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree.  There are various streams (i.e. Operations, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Communication & International Affairs, Management Accounting, etc.) designed to tailor the recruitment to the demands and profiles of each hiring Unit.  It is a 3-year program.  The Analyst Program is modeled on private sector and other international organizations in terms of targeting early career professionals and structuring a program that allows the institution to develop its talent pipeline at an earlier stage. It included a comprehensive development program that includes onboarding at the WBG, technical and leadership training, mentoring and career development opportunities.  If this sounds interesting to you and you feel you possess the skills we are looking for, the WBG would very much like to hear from you.
