Intern, Intelligence and National Security Alliance (Remote)

The Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA) is hiring paid virtual interns from around the country to support events and member-driven working groups that address a wide range of issues related to the US Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense, and the private contractors that support them.  INSA is a non-profit association that promotes public-private collaboration on intelligence and national security challenges.  INSA interns have gone on to positions in U.S. intelligence agencies, government contractors, think tanks, and other organizations working on national security and intelligence issues.

INSA interns work roughly 20-25 hours per week and are paid $11 per hour.  Interns must be U.S. citizens enrolled in a graduate program related to intelligence, national security, or international affairs. They must commit to the program for a minimum of two semesters (Spring/Summer, Summer/Fall, Fall/Spring), though many interns work with INSA for a full 12 months.  Applications are due October 1, and interns will start in January 2021 (or earlier by mutual agreement).

Details on the internship and the application process are online at https://www.insaonline.org/about/internships/.
