The Consulate General of France in Atlanta is hiring press and communications interns for SPRING and SUMMER 2020. Duties include helping with the morning news roundup, writing articles for the website, posting on social media, assisting with background research and doing other related tasks. Excellent communication skills and a solid level of French are required. An ability to use technology and content management systems is also a requisite. Video and Photoshop skills are highly recommended
Interns must be currently enrolled, full-time students in an American university to be considered. The internship is part-time and unpaid. Start and end dates are negotiable.
Applicants should send a cover letter, resume and two writing samples: one in French and one in English. The cover letter should address the candidate’s qualifications for the post. The writing samples can be from a recent class, student publication or other project.
