Summer 2020 Emerging Leaders Program, Crown Castle

Crown Castle works around the country to build and maintain the infrastructure behind the world’s most revolutionary technologies. Crown Castle owns, operates and leases more than 40,000 cell towers and approximately 65,000 route miles of fiber supporting small cells and fiber solutions across every major US market.

The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is a structured, full-time, two-year rotational development program designed for university graduates interested in becoming future business leaders. The program allows you to experience our business and culture through four job rotations across teams such as finance, real estate, construction, and engineering operations. Each rotation will likely be in a different office location across the US based on business need, availability, and individual skills and interests. Following the program, participants will apply for and transition into positions with a leadership-oriented focus long term.

The ELP Internship is a 10-week program designed to help identify candidates for the full-time Emerging Leaders Program. Interns will have the opportunity to explore the wide-ranging careers at Crown Castle through a project-based internship, working out of one of our central offices directly with company leadership. The internship is intended to provide candidates with challenging, practical, and analytical corporate experience above and beyond the typical summer experience.

Project disciplines could include:
• Project management and customer relations within Tower, Fiber or Small Cell Operations
• Financial analysis and planning within Finance
• Process and structural analysis within Engineering or Assets
• Property assessment and landowner relations within Real Estate
• Metrics, tool or strategy evaluation within an alternate Crown Castle team

We are looking for rising seniors who are self-driven, passionate, and have a desire to problem solve with a sense of humility. Candidates should have an eagerness to learn about our business model, culture, industry, and customers.
