Workforce for Tomorrow Fellowship Now Open

The Partnership for Inclusive Innovation is proud to announce the launch of the Workforce for Tomorrow Fellowship (WFT), the first-of-its-kind rotational fellowship aimed at creating the next wave of leaders that drives inclusive growth and fluently navigate and build public private partnerships.

The one-year rotational fellowship place early career professions with multiple organizations in the public and private sectors. Our first sites include:

  • Information Technology: Augusta University / Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce, Mohawk Industries, and Cox Enterprises
  • Sustainability: Georgia Tech Strategic Energy Institute, Cox Enterprises, and Mind Katalyst
  • Energy & Sustainability: Georgia Tech Manufacturing Institute (GTMI), Georgia Tech Supply Chain & Logistics Institute, and Freudenberg NOK

In addition to full salary and benefits, fellows will receive mentorship, coaching, networking opportunities and on-the job training from PIN and our partners.

WFT is open to recent graduates of bachelors, masters, and doctoral programs from all majors. New professionals, who are mission-driven, and interested in exploring career options are encouraged to apply. Underrepresented populations (first-generation college graduates, BIPOC, and women in STEAM) encouraged to apply via the Georgia Tech Careers Website.
