January 28-30, 2016 – Culverhouse Leadership Diversity Case Competition at The University of Alabama *Extended Deadline*

Are you interested in learning more about graduate school?

Do you enjoy working on an interactive team to solve challenges?

Are you a student advisor or faculty member that would like to be a team advisor and for a student team?

If yes, then start recruiting a team for the Culverhouse Leadership Diversity Case Competition.

The competition is open to a select number of undergraduate institutions, this is a great opportunity to show off your talent for creating business solutions. Teams will enhance their academic experience by analyzing a business case and then presenting their recommendations to corporate executives who serve as a panel of judges.

The top three teams receive cash awards.

Students in all academic disciplines are encouraged to participate.

University of Alabama faculty and current students will provide participants with a strong framework and supportive learning environment with an emphasis on teamwork.

Our mission at the Culverhouse College of Commerce and the Manderson Graduate School of Business is to create a community of student scholars from all walks of life in which all members are respected, nurtured and encouraged to make a positive impact on society.

***UPDATES***

Number #1 Concern- The business case! Student absolutely do not need to prepare- we want to prepare students by introducing them to our faculty, students, and our university resources. All teams will come to campus on a level playing field.

Number #2 Concern- Cost! There are no cost outside of traveling to Tuscaloosa. If you have travel budget restraints we are open to discussing that with you and identifying possible campus resources.

Number #3 Deadline!- THE DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO DECEMBER 11TH TO GIVE YOUR STUDENTS MORE TIME
