Become a Grassroots Leader: Join the Republican Leadership Initiative

The Republican Leadership Initiative (RLI) is the Republican National Committee’s premier Fellow Program designed to equip grassroots conservatives with the skills needed to work as professional field organizers and community engagers.  RLI Fellows emerge from this intense program with the training and skills needed to play a vital role as a volunteer or field staff in the 2016 election cycle.

Being a RLI Fellow is not easy.  This six-week program begins on September 12 with a daylong training hosted by the Georgia GOP.  From there, full-time fellows (30 or more hours a week) will focus on key aspects of organizing community events, such as house meetings, one-on-ones, and neighborhood team trainings while part-time associates (15 or more hours) will lead voter contact efforts.

The RNC is looking for qualified applicants in Georgia to join the RLI Fall ’15 class.  Are you interested?
