The Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) is a startup incubator at Georgia Tech that helps technology entrepreneurs in Georgia launch and build successful companies. Headquartered in Atlanta’s Technology Square, ATDC serves as the hub for technology entrepreneurship in Georgia. Founded in 1980, ATDC has developed a global reputation for fostering technological entrepreneurship. Forbes named ATDC to its list of “Incubators Changing the World” in 2010 and 2013, alongside Y Combinator and the Palo Alto Research Center.
ATDC is part of the Enterprise Innovation Institute (EI2) at Georgia Tech, which helps enterprises improve their competitiveness to significantly impact the economy. Enterprise Innovation Institute is Georgia Tech’s business outreach organization and serves as the primary vehicle to achieve Georgia Tech’s goal of expanded local, regional, and global outreach. EI2’s mission is to increase the competitiveness of enterprises in Georgia through the application of science, technology, and innovation.
ATDC at Tech Square is currently accepting applications for an internship in the summer and/or fall. They are seeking a marketing communications intern who is great at creative problem-solving and eager to contribute to the ongoing brand refresh initiative at the Advanced Technology Development Center at Georgia Tech. The intern will gain visibility into the inner workings of the marketing communications discipline at one of the world’s top technology incubators, learn the basics of positioning, marketing automation, and email marketing and have the opportunity to develop a portfolio of written and visual design works.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Knowledge of graphic design principles a bonus
- Efficiency with graphic design software a plus
- Current enrollment in a related Bachelors or Masters program
