Padsplit is working to solve the affordable housing crisis by breaking down systemic barriers such as a traditional lease. The PadSplit Fellowship is a competitive 3-month internship program for self-starters interested in social impact entrepreneurship. Each fellow will work with company leadership to devise and complete a research project to be delivered to PadSplit’s Board of Directors. This opportunity is for upper-level undergraduate students and graduate students. The fellowship is operating remotely and is unpaid. Hours are flexible.
