SUMMER 2021 Lily’s Sweets Internship Opportunities

Lily’s Sweets makes no-sugar-added chocolate for baking and snacking. They source Non-GMO and gluten-free ingredients harvested through Fair Trade practices and ensure every product is botanically sweetened—meaning no refined or processed sugars. The outcome? A chocolate with no added sugar that’s filled to the brim with pure deliciousness. Their eight-week paid program is for rising college seniors from underrepresented communities, who are interested in the branded consumer goods space. They are committed to driving diversity within the consumer-packaged goods community and believe it begins with creating exciting internship opportunities within their space. Their program is structured such that college students from across the country will join a cohort of interns within their portfolio of brands (Briogeo Haircare, Nutpods, Spindrift, Stone, Velocity Snack Brands, Lily’s, The Pill Club), participating in tailored learning and development opportunities to build their understanding of the industry. Summer interns will gain experience within a core business function, and see first-hand the business and strategy skills required to develop a growing consumer brand while being provided the mentorship and training to enable them to make an impact. To ultimately, equip them with the skills and a network to start a career within CPG, whether as an entrepreneur or marketer, or beyond.

The deadline to apply is March 8, 2021.
