IAC Dean’s Office Marketing and Design Assistant Job Opening

Start Date: May TBA

Hours: Up to 20 hours/week (enrolled in classes); Up to 30 hours/week (summer semester)

Semesters: Summer 2022

Proposed pay: $12/hour to start + Academic credit if approved by the degree program

The Enrollment and Student Affairs office in the Ivan Allen College Dean’s Office is seeking a marketing and graphic design assistant, who is motivated, energized, self-starter, to assist in the achievement of key objectives in driving the impact of email marketing, social media, print media, and more for the College’s undergraduate programs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Creating and posting social media content with a focus on stories, reels, and photos
  • Working as part of a team to update our print viewbook and create a new creative web-based version
  • Planning, writing, and deploying email marketing campaigns for the visitation program
  • Designing graphics for digital and print mediums for events and other initiatives
  • Develop analyses of key audiences, nationwide university branding, and tending design

Qualifications:

  • Adobe Suite proficiency- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Good written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and organize project deadlines
  • Good understanding of the latest marketing and design trends and techniques
