Calling all Journalists for “Science, Translated!”

Do you enjoy writing or graphic design? Do you hope to dispel science myths? Would you like to join an international initiative to improve science communication to the public? If so, join us at Science, Translated.

We are an international journalism and advocacy organization that focuses on a variety of science topics from physics and neuroscience to ecology and psychology. With the goal to “translate” jargon-filled scientific manuscripts into simplified language for the public to read, our journal also seeks to tackle the knowledge disparity between professional scientists and the general public. We hope to recruit undergraduate students from all over the world for this global initiative.

We’re looking for exec team members and journalists! So, if you’re interested in joining this international journal, please fill out this google form (graphic artists/journalists) or (exec team). Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis but the priority deadline for applications will be October 15th! To learn more, please check out our website at or follow our Instagram account(@science.translated).

If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, please feel free to DM us or email us at

We look forward to reading your applications!
