FALL 2012 Degree Candidates – Apply for Graduation

ATTENTION UNDERGRADUATES: Fall 2012 graduating INTA and IAML students

If you are graduating in FALL 2012, you must read and follow the instructions below to apply for graduation. There is a new online, student, self-service application for graduation which replaces the “degree petition.”  It is now a three-step process:

STEP 1) Please reply to Stephanie Jackson with the following information:

    • Your Full Name
    • Your GT ID
    • Your Major (INTA or IAML)
    • Which curriculum/catalog you are following (1999-2010 or 2010-2013)
    • If you are INTA: the theme of your Non-Major Cluster

STEP 2) Read and follow the instructions to submitting the Online Application for Graduation (OAG): http://registrar.gatech.edu/students/oag.php.  The OAG is open for fall graduates until June 15. If submitted between June 16-30, a $50 late fee surcharge will be placed on your account.

STEP 3) Complete the Nunn School Contact Information Survey.
