Office of Science and Technology Policy Internship Program

The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) is looking for qualified candidates to serve as interns during the Summer, Fall, and Spring terms.

The OSTP Internship Program gives you the chance to work closely with senior White House officials and science and technology (S&T) policy analysts.

These are unpaid internships, but you are able to receive academic credit.

In order to be eligible for this internship you must be:

  • A U.S. citizen
  • Enrolled in an accredited college or university during the internship period

Your application needs to contain:

  • Cover letter
  • Resume
  • Writing sample
  • Unofficial transcript
  • Letters of recommendation
