BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
This purpose of this position is to develop and maintain relationships in assigned workplace accounts to raise dollars and non-monetary resources; engage workplace employees in United Ways work year-round; utilize volunteers and community stakeholders to achieve goals.

The essential duties include managing and raising financial resources from Cobb companies of various industries and sizes includes year-round engagement of employees and companies, creating and implementing Direct Mail strategies; manage relationships with individual donors, working closely with Employee Campaign Managers to plan & implement workplace campaigns and year-round engagement strategies in active companies; assist with identification and development of new business accounts in the county, working with volunteers and Major Gifts staff to identify and develop high potential workplace accounts that include integrating target marketing programs and leadership giving opportunities, creating and giving presentations to audiences of different sizes and backgrounds, assisting with the management of assigned loaned executives, managing or participating in program-related campaign operations, i.e. Employee Campaign Manager training, Loaned Executive Program, speakers bureau, etc., ensuring accurate projections for all accounts in unit; update and maintain all system information, managing event planning and logistics, creating and implementing marketing and public relations strategies, and performing other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
Undergraduate degree and/or career-related experience required; computer & database management skills & experience required; strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (both written and verbal) required; management skills; problem-solving, coaching, mentoring and teamwork abilities required; presentation skills required; use of personal vehicle required

Communication Coordinator

The Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF) is looking for a Communication Coordinator to be located in Atlanta, Georgia. The Communication Coordinator will oversee management of SIBF Websites and administer electronic member communications for SIBF, a non-profit business association. This includes:
• Acting as primary staff liaison with the SIBF Website Editorial Board to update, maintain and promote the SIBF websites, both public and member sites
• Updating content on SIBF public and private websites
• Writing and overseeing the distribution of the bi-monthly eNewsletter and other event announcements
• Conducting research on program locations and writing promotional segments for upcoming programs
• Distribution of group emails to the membership
• Organizing and maintaining photography and video archives
• Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Candidate should have a demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; strong written and oral communication skills; and proficiency with Microsoft Office and MAC computer systems. Knowledge of html a plus.

Intelligence Assistant, Immigration and Customs Enforcement

MAJOR DUTIES:
The incumbent will provide clerical, and administrative support. You will perform the practical and technical aspects of intelligence operations support, including data processing, project tracking, and files management. Locate, compile and develop information and identify interrelationships among data to fill intelligence gaps. Retrieves reports, correspondence, and numerical data for use in preparing status reports, briefings, and presentations. You will assist in the preparation of intelligence reports, review documents, reports, and data for omissions and inconsistencies, and ensure data entry is complete and accurate. Maintain databases for retrieval of information for inquiries and reports. Establish protocols for incoming data, organizes computerized data sets, and retrieves computerized data.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
U.S. Citizenship: Candidates must be United States citizens and present proof of citizenship, if selected.

GS-5: You qualify at the GS-5 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience that equipped the applicant with the skills needed to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-4 grade level. Examples include gathering data for routine reports, maintaining transaction logs, maintaining office files and records, ordering routine equipment and services, typing office documents, reviewing forms and other documents for completeness, and preparing graphs and charts.

GS-6: You qualify at the GS-6 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience that equipped him/her with the skills needed to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-5 grade level. Examples include preparing a variety of administrative program documents and reports, monitoring transactions, maintaining records, processing requests for services and resolving discrepancies, and providing routine program information to users.

GS-7: You qualify at the GS-7 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience that equipped him/her with the skills needed to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-6 grade level. Examples include coordinating administrative requirements with offices served, maintaining contact with offices having primary responsibility for administrative programs and obtaining most up-to-date information on procedural requirements, providing procedural assistance on routine administrative matters, maintaining databases and identifying trends or patterns, and compiling a variety of reports.
